This is a well-balanced course with "grilled aged Yamagata pork" as the main dish! The delicious flavor of the moistly grilled Yamagata pork is exceptional.To finish off the meal, we will serve piping hot "Takikomi Gohan" (seasoned rice) cooked in the popular "staub" oven.Enjoy the aroma the moment you open the lid. With 11 dishes in total, including three appetizers, carpaccio, and ajillo, you'll be sure to satisfy both your stomach and your heart!
